Bún lóc cá (Noodles with fish)

Use hot, served with fish sauce, lemon pepper.

Material:
- 1/2kg snakehead fish fillet.
- 1/2kg large fiber bun.
- Tube pig bone 1/2kg.
- 1 / 2 liters of water.
- 300g mushrooms.
- Onion, cilantro, salt, seasoned beans, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, chili.
Implementation:
- Boil water, bone tubes and salt, bring to boil under medium heat, remove foam. Bone soft, spicy, medium-profile, the cooked mushrooms.
- Chinese noodles by boiling water in the bowl, put the fish on top, chan broth, sprinkle green onions, chopped cilantro.
