Bún gạo ngũ sắc (Rice Vermicelli with five colors)

Use with hot sauce and chili sauce.

Materials:
- 50g rice vermicelli.
- 1 egg.
- 100g lean pork.
- 200gr fresh improvements.
- 1 / 2 carrot.
- 5 ear mushroom.
- 1 / 2 teaspoon crushed garlic.
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt, oil.
Performance:
- Boil rice noodles, drain the boiling water, sprinkle little oil, mix well.
- Omelette thin, finely julienne.
- Boil pork, mushroom and carrot julienne.
- Quality fresh cut, boiled.
- Phi garlic with about 2 tablespoons cooking oil, meat and mushrooms and stir fry quickly.
- Then, the rice noodles, vegetables and eggs. Seasoning with seasoning salt, and stir gently.
