Đậu non ướp rượu (Young bean Wine Marinade)

This dish is very fragrant smell of alcohol, soft, delicious.

Material:

- 400g young beans
- 500 g alcohol

Method:

Cut the young beans for the pot of boiling water boil for 15 minutes, fish out to dry; to drain the beans have soaked wine country about two hours, then fish out the disc for use.
