Bánh bột mì thập cẩm (Mixed Flour Cake)

served with chili sauce.

Materials:
- Cotton 100g shallots.
- 100g sausage.
- 20gr dried shrimp.
- 200gr flour.
- 2 chicken eggs.
- 2 cups of water.
- 1 carrot.
- Seasoning powder, salt, oil.
Performance:
- Clean Cotton chives, cut into pieces about 3cm.
- Steamed sausage and sliced.
- Soak the dried shrimp software.
- Slice carrots.
- Mix the flour with eggs, water, seasoning salt,
salt to taste.
- Pruned back, for sausage, dried shrimp, carrots, cotton, shallot, 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.
- Heat a medium hot non-stick pan, browning the flour on both sides of each small piece of bread.
