Bánh sầu riêng (Durian Cake)

Decoration: fresh strawberries, use cold.

Material:
- 200ml milk.
- 100g fresh cream.
- A zone of durian.
- 1 / 2 large leaves.
- 2 egg, yolks only taken.
- Fresh Strawberry, 100g sugar, 1 vanilla pipe.

Implementation:
- Separation of durian seeds removed, keep the rice section of the durian.
- Soak the gelatine leaves in warm water.
- For milk, sugar, eggs, rice and durian ice cream in bowl, dispelling all.
- For all the pot, stir the mixture on the stove until just boiling glue, the lift down.
- Let the gelatine leaves and stir well, pour a small cup, let cool, put into cold storage.
