Bánh chocolate mousse dâu (Chocolate strawberry mousse cake)

Presentation: Place the cake on a plate. Garnish with cream, gel and oil colors.

Material:
- 2 pieces of cake 15x20cm.
- 100g of chocolate.
- 200g strawberries.
- 200ml fresh cream.
- 100 g cream cheese.
- Cream 100ml whole milk.
- 10 g gelatin powder, sugar.
Implementation:
- Dissolve gelatin with 1 / 2 cup cooking water soluble. Strawberry puree with sugar 50g. Special Guest popular cream cheese mixture, whipped cream, cream 100g fat with sugar.
- Use a 6cm diameter circular die cut cake into layers.
- Cream chocolate mousse: Mix 1 / 2 of chocolate ice cream with soft flowing water by distillation. Strawberry cream mousse: Mix the cream with remaining 1 / 2 of strawberries. Topping: Mix the remaining oil to the gelatin.
- For a layer cake in the mold, pour a layer of creamy chocolate mousse, place a layer to the cake, the strawberry cream mousse, refrigeration for freezing, take out, to wear layers on top.
