Gà pha lê (Crystal Chicken)

Meat soft fragrance

Material:

- 400g chicken
- 500g pork
- 7g salt
- 7 MSG
- 100 g alcohol
- 5 onions
- 5g ginger

Method:

1. Rinse the chicken for the pot of boiling water, for more wine, ginger, onion, MSG, salt and cook about 5 minutes down the pot; cold chicken, boned and cut out neatly in a large bowl.
2.
