Bánh nướng hạt hồ đào (Bake cake walnuts)

materials
- 175g flour
- 3 beaten egg
- 200 g walnuts
- 160ml syrup
- 30-60ml cold water
- 215g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon rum
- Butter
- Salt
- Mold 23cm
Performance
- Empty the cake: Mix flour with 113g butter, salt, sugar white sand. Add water and mix no more than 30 seconds. Then the dough, pour into molds and place inrefrigerator 30 minutes
- Core cakes: Boil sugar, syrup, rum, 4 tablespoons butter. Let it cool, add eggmixture and pour into crust, sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 180 degrees Ctemperature within 50 minutes.
