Bánh custard dâu (Strawberry custard cake)

This used cold cake, decorated with fresh strawberries.

Material:
- 400ml milk.
- 200 ml creamy fat.
- 2 egg yolks defeated.
- 15g powdered gelatin.
- 100g sugar.
- 100ml fresh cream.
- 100 g strawberry jam.
- 50g strawberries for decoration.
Implementation:
- Dissolve the gelatin with water. Cream milk type connector.
- Boil a mixture of milk, fat cream, gelatin, sugar over low heat to dissolve sugar. Turn off heat, stir the eggs until the eggs, combs for hair.
- Pour the milk into the egg support mold or small bowl, let cool, put into the refrigerator.
- When using, take the bread out of the mold and the glass, catching cream around, for the strawberry on top.
