Nghêu gưng (Ginger Clam)

Purchase oysters with the water should soak for a few hours out of sand.

Material:

- 300g clams
- Wine, salt, seasoning powder, chopped ginger (5g each)

Method:

1. Soak clams in cold water for 2 hours and then mixed in a pot of boiling water with a little wine cook for 2 minutes; picked out oysters, shucked out the disc.
2. Let a little water, chopped ginger, salt, MSG, alcohol in cooking pot into water and clam processing disk.
