Bánh phô mai trái cây (Fruit Cheese Cake)

Use with cold strawberry sauce, cream sauce line.

Materials:
- 150gr cheese.
- Mascarpone ice cream 30gr.
- Milk fat ice cream 20gr.
- 30gr sugar snow.
- 1 leaf gelatine (freezing agent).
- 10gr butter jam.
- 15ml strawberry sauce.
- Sugar 15ml cream sauce.
- Seasonal fruit.
Performance:
- Milk fat ice cream where the ball hit.
- A paste and creamy mascarpone cheese mixed with a little sugar.
- Soak the leaf gelatine dissolved in warm water.
- Mix all ingredients, put into molds.
- The milk-fat ice cream, fruit ranking, scanning jam butter on top.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
