Bánh flan cam (Orange Flan)

Sprinkle orange zest over cake flan, delicious cold use.

Material:
- 2 large oranges America.
- 3 egg.
- 300ml milk sugar.
- 50g of sugar.
Implementation:
- Wash the oranges, cut 1 / 3 fruit, a knife cut the intestines, clear water.
- Break the eggs in a bowl, milk, sugar, orange juice in, defeat all, prune properly.
- Let the mixture into the orange peel, steamed for 15 minutes, then remove to cool, to refrigerate.
- Finely julienne orange peel, mixed with 1 teaspoon of sugar, for about 10 minutes, the oven until just crispy crust.
