Tôm chín ướp rượu (Shrimp cooked chilled wine)

Soft, aromatic flavor of wine.

Material:

- 250g fresh freshwater shrimp
- 5g salt
- 5g MSG
- 10g alcohol
- Onions, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, aromatic leaves (5g each)

Method:

1. For boiling water, wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, onion, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, cooking pot leaf on the water.
2. Cut off the antennae, legs, shrimp and prawns in a pot of boiling water for eggs, fish out to dry; for marinated shrimp in a pot of water half an hour and then fish out, put in the disc used.
