Bún canh ghẹ (crab noodle soup)

Dip the noodles in boiling water, to the bowl. Crab meat up, used to draw water, sprinkle green onions, pepper, used prices, raw vegetables.

Material:
- 200gr noodles.
- 50g mushrooms.
- A step-daughter.
- 50 grams reviews and vegetables.
- Finely chopped onion.
- 300gr pork bone tube.
- Spices: fish sauce, sugar, seasoning salt.
- 4 cup broth.
Implementation:
- Clean the bone tube, into the pot with the broth, simmer for 1 hour, taste a little seasoning salt, fish sauce and sugar.
- Cooked crab cooked, remove meat.
- Straw Mushrooms in brine, fish out of water and rinse with clean water to the pot, spicy taste.
