Bánh xốp nhân mận (Wafers of plum)

The face cream cake, for plum jam in the middle.

Material:
- 100g margarine.
- 200g of flour.
- Salt, 1 egg.
- 100ml.
- 100ml fresh cream floating type.
- Core: 200g diced plums, 100g sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, lemon peel a little small cell, 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
Implementation:
- Flour and salt water mix, for 15 minutes, rolled. Cut margarine into slices, put up dough, firmly pressing the double eyelid, rolling into pieces and fold into quarters and rolled. Perform twice more.
- Make the cake: 5cm thin dough, cut in squares or pentagons, folded eyelids, apply paste to the egg white, egg yolk spreads outside of the cake, baked cooked.
- Cook the dry ingredients to the core.
