Soft aroma of wine flavor.
Material:
- 2 pig stomachs
- 5g MSG
- 5g salt
- 5 alcohol
- 5 g of
- 5g ginger
- 25 g wine country
Method:
Soak the pork stomach, scraped away layers of skin, rinse and place in pot, over water, wine, onion and ginger in a saucepan cook the stomach about 20 minutes, remove the stomach and then out to the MSG disk, wine country, salt to marinate for about 2 hours; picked stomach out, sliced and laid out the disc.
