Bánh ướt nhân tôm (Wet core Shrimp Cake)

- Garnish with coriander. Served with sauce.

Price: 58,000 VND/ 4 portion
materials
- 1/2kg wet cake
- 300g peeled prawns, remove heads and tails.
- 1 tablespoon seasoning beans
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper coffee
- Coriander
- Dressing: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 / 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon coffee sugar, 1 tablespoon chili sauce.
Performance
- Shrimp marinated with seasoned beans, pepper.
- Dissolve the ingredients for the sauce.
- Remove the wet cake layer, spread on the plane, the shrimp in the book, for the pulse, steamed.
