- 8 small black tiger shrimp

- 10 shiso leaves

- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Ruffled fried flour

Performance:
- Yams cooked, puree, butter, garlic and non-chopped shiso leaves and mix well, seasoning with salt, pepper and nuts to taste
- Black tiger shrimp peeled, diced, boiled and soaked in cold water, drain.
- Mix the shrimp and yams with vo members rounded taste.- Salt, pepper, seasoned beans, cooking oil.
Performance:
